My rithmic logon failed

Hello apparently I have problems to connect to the datafeed.

24/12 cannot get real time data with Rithmic data feed only historical.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2038527" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I connected last night at around 9pm EST to Rithmic and live was working.
There's a new Rithmic data feed, $20/month. I haven't seen the fee yet?

Thanks for the note.

For fees regarding Rithmic you'll need to contact Rithmic, as all charges will be administered by Rithmic for the data feed.
