kinetick EOD italian market FTSE MIB are wrong (?!)

Hello,
since NT does not have in kinetick EOD data the italian market stocks (FTSE MIB), I follow the procedure to add these new stocks but surprisingly I found out they are wrong. (?!?)
Looking for istance at the Leonardo data about 4/01/2018 we have:

right values
open 7,55
close 7,816
high 7,85
low 7,55
volume 2365562 ??

NT values
open 7,55
close 7,818 ??
high 7,846
low 7,55
volume 161884 ??

looking at BPER BANCA we have on 04/01/2018

right values
open 3,3
close 3,384
high 3,396
low 3,294
volume 4334073

NT values
open 3,316 ???
close 3,37 ??
high 3,395 ?
low 3,303???
volume 196519 ??

Please correct me if I am wrong, otherwise I will not use this platform since it since just unreliable.

Thanks for posting.

Can you please write into platformsupport{at}ninjatrader{dot}com attaching your log and trace files so I may investigate further?

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Also please link this forum post in your email, and ATTN Ryan.
