Platform crash/bug - For info only

Hello,

Experienced today when target hit as part of ATM and order closed. Chart then unresponsive. Have to restart platform...

2019-01-17 16:48:22:606 ERROR: Chart rendering failed. There is likely a problem with a chart object's OnRender method. D2D error = 'HRESULT: [0x88990016], Module: [SharpDX.Direct2D1], ApiCode: [D2DERR_PUSH_POP_UNBALANCED/PushPopUnbalanced], Message: The push and pop calls were unbalanced. '


No steps to reproduce. I've never seen this one before. Had an ATM strategy that I use a lot waiting to close. When target hit, it played the sound, then this at same time, resulting in lock up.

The message is quite literal - something in your chart failed to render. However, the root cause is not clear from this amount of information, We'll need more information to diagnose and resolve the root cause of this on your end. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
