Error: Invalid User Or Password (Logon failed) Pop Up

    Error: Invalid User Or Password (Logon failed) Pop Up

    As the subject suggests, I'm unable to logon.
    I'm using NT8 version 8.0.17.0 64-bit.
    I have contacted my broker and they confirmed that my connection credentials are valid.
    I'm also getting a Vendor Notification suggesting that I don't have a valid licence for a 3rd Party Licence. The Vendor has confirmed that my 3rd Party licence is also valid.

    What am I missing, please?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    I look forward to your reply.
