NT8 and 2 Day chart

Hello,

Daily chart for @UK100, FXCM instrument, looks fine, all days in place. https://i.imgur.com/46wCqt9.png


But when I set chart to 2 Day timeframe, some candles bacame missing today. https://i.imgur.com/q9WLSwg.png


Though yesterday the chart looked like this: https://i.imgur.com/LszX3PL.png


What is the cause of this? How can I fix it? I tried Reset and Repair DB already.

Are you currently using FXCM or NinjaTrader servers?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2073347" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

The issue was solved by selecting Bars in the "Load data based on" setting in Data Series.

When using a bars setting such as 20 for the current data request the first bar created will include data from 12/17 and 12/18 however on the next day data for bar 12/17 will no longer be included therefore the first bar plotted will use data from 12/18 and 12/19 which will then change the way data is formed from that point forward. To ensure you always have the same start date included in the data request I suggest using a specific start data by setting "Load data based on" to Custom range then select a specific Start date.
