Viewing custom symbol using chart corrupts history data!!! (NT8)

    Good day.

    1. Suppose we have a file with history data (attached).

    2. We load it into NT8 8.0.16.3 64-bit, all data imported correctly ("Before.jpg").

    3. Then we open a chart ("Chart Parameters.jpg") and see that the data is corrupted ("Chart.jpg").

    4. Next we can confirm that NT8 8.0.16.3 64-bit has corrupted our imported data ("After.jpg").

This bug renders NT8 8.0.16.3 64-bit useless in terms of using custom history data.

I do not experience this symptom on my end when I import the attached file:

We'll need to do some troubleshooting to determine why this is occurring on your end.

First, I'd suggest deleted the data then updating to the latest version of NinjaTrader:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
Does the issue persist if you import the data on the newest version?
