Playback start time not working

I've downloaded the market replay data (Tools > Import > Historical data) and verified the data properly downloaded (Tools > Historical data > Market replay) for the ES 03-19.

After connecting to Playback Connection and getting the Playback window, I entered the 02/07/2019 date, pressed the Market Replay button, then right-clicked and pressed the Go To to enter the Start Time of 09:30:00 AM.

Upon hitting the OK button, the time only advances 3 seconds (and no further).

I've tried this many times, including closing and reopening NT8.

Any suggestions?

To test, please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications

To reset your instruments, please take the steps below.

1. First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
2. Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
3. In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
4. Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur
