where's my control panel??

made a few changes to my charts, shut down and saved (all 3 workspaces, why i now have to close 3 now i have no idea) anyway, on restarting NT8, now it's struggling to load and there is no Control Panel! So having to force quit through the task manager ... restated PC, still broken.

Market opens in 30 minutes...

NT is currently using about 40% of the CPU.....

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to Documents > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
