    problem: mapping new stock codes

    good morning,
there are problems to map new German stock codes on "Instruments" of Ninja8. Attached I put pictures of how I do. I have Interactive Brokers real time for all German actions, as seen in the image. I can only get the Blue Chips chart.

    Hello Italy,

    Thank you for your post.

What exchanges are enabled in the Instrument window for the EVT?

If you remove '|IBIS' from the Symbol Mapping, do you then see the data?

I look forward to you rresponse.

All right. Perhaps, it was just a temporary problem with Interactive Brokers. Thank you.

        Problem: Mapping German Stock Codes

        Hello Patrick,
I'm facing the exact same challenge, but can't figure it out to add instruments from TecDax, SDax nor MDax.I can see all these stocks in TWS and I already tried several different ways to add them in NT8, following this here https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...ad.php?t=87475, or this http://www.screencast.com/t/ShiCvNgeg4r or this here (using Siltronic = WAF as example) https://misc.interactivebrokers.com/cstools/contract_info/v3.9/index.php?site=IB&action=Top+Search&symbol=waf&des cription=waf. Interestingly, the log doesn't seem to throw an error message, but the chart remains black (no matter which periodicity I choose). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
        Kind regards
        Roland

          Hello NT-Roland,

          Thank you for your post.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.

I look forward to your response.
