MQ_Trend will not pllot

Hi!! I bought MQ_Trend from BaseCamp Trading and it will not plot. Their tech guy and I were on the phone for 30 minutes today. He did the take control of my computer thing and downloaded it again. He said he had no idea. Everything looked fine on their end and he said it works great on their Ninja platforms. It will load into the program. When I add it, it is listed on top of the chart as being there but it's not. Advise??

While there is limited support we can provide regarding third party products, I am happy to review your Log and Trace files to determine if there is any way we can assist on our end.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2092655" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
