    Order Flow Volume Profile Tool Errors After Daylight Saving Time Change

    Hello
    The order flow volume profile indicator appears to be throwing out continuous errors in the last day. Any attempt to add the indicator to a chart throws up the attached error. Any chart with the indicator already loaded throws up the same error. I am running NT8 8.0.17.2 64 bit set to US Central Time. My PC is set to South Australian Time where I live and I am running an up to date version of Win 10 Pro. I have spent hours trying to establish the cause including uninstalling NT8 and reinstalling then realized that the US has just gone through a Daylight Saving change. Australia will gone through their change next month. Is the time change the cause of the error? My copy of NT8 is pretty well unusable at the moment. The error occurs even when I am not connected to a data service.

        A similar problem is also occurring with the volume profile drawing tool .... as soon as you go to change a property in the drawing tool dialog box an error occurs.

          Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2100318" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
