    my kinetick subscription expired janury 31.

    please tell me how to eliminate a persistent error message
    ''my kinetick: unable to login. please check you user name/password (logon failed)''

    Hello joemiller,

    Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

    Please go to your Connections menu in your Control Center window and select Configure.

    Then, go to the My Kinetick connection and disable Connect on startup and let me know if the error message persists.
