NT8 wont connect

    NT8 wont connect

    when i launch NT8 it will connect then disconnect and does not allow me to connect again

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com Attn: Dennis Platform Support Request 2107575
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
