NT8 is more sensible to data feed cuts

Hello,

I am testing NT8 to compare to NT7 and I am having also data feed cuts from IB. The difference is that NT7 is able to recover always from these cuts. Instead, NT8 has to be restarted more frequently after long cuts. NT7 is more resilient.

In both cases i use IB gateway with the recommended versions that are downloadable from your connection guide.

I would like to set a detailed error log in NT8 for you to see this issue. How can I do it?

Include ticket number 2108793 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
