        Thank you for your reply.

        Each connection error is unique and will need to be looked at from an individual perspective. I would like to take a look at your Log and Trace files in order to troubleshoot this further.

        So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread as well as a message 'ATTN Sergey.'

        Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          can I just send it from the platform and click send log and trace?

                i sent log n trace files already and everytime it gets worst
