NT8 .msi installer fails, insufficient privileges

I am trying to install NT 8.0.12.0 on Windows 10. I am my machine administrator. The installer asks for elevated permissions to make changes to my machine and I allow it. I continues the installation then at the very end it says

The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files(x86)\NinjaTrader8. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.

I am my system administrator, and my Windows account is a machine administrator. I've never had this problem installing NT8 on this machine before. The installer uninstalled my previous version and so I don't have the old version installed anymore.

Can you try window restore to the date before installing the new ninja.
