    Market Reply Freezes or won't load

    I'm trying to get used to NT8.
    I've used NT7 for years and am familiar with market replay in NT7.

    When I download replay data for CL (may). I get data into the folder for the date requested.
    I use the Go to function to go to the time I'm interested in viewing. (6:30 am)
    The data starts to load and then freezes at a time before reaching the target time.

    I've tried this on several different days and it does not seem to be consistent where it stops.
    About 50% of the time I can get to the time target I want but many times it fails to complete and just freezes.
    The only solution I've found is to disconnect the reply and try again (usually with the same result)

    Do I need to reset the database or clean out the cache?
    I've deleted all of the replay data and reloaded the data.
    I've tried several different dates but none of this fixed the issue.

    Today I cleared the replay folder and downloaded 3/24 -3/26 data.
    When I try to go to 6 am on 3/25 the replay pauses at 3/25 1PM

    When I try to go to 6 am on 3/26 it pauses at 3/26 1:36 am

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
