    Stop Losses not working

    Hello,

    I basically started fresh and moved some of my files from my laptop to my desktop. The entries work fine but the SL code does not work at all now whereas it previously worked fine... I must have forgotten to move something over or if I remember correctly I had to do something in the editor to add some files before on my laptop but don't recall exactly what it was again...

    Hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2114415" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
