Forex eurusd and gbpusd wrong prices

    Hi,
When I'm using Forex free live data feed on NT8 (FXCM), eurusd chart displays 1.01272 instead of 1.1272 (see attached file) .
Also GbpUsd displays 1.0309 instead of 1.3090.
others mayors and cross seem to be ok.
Coul you help me to make the right setting?

The plots within NinjaTrader appear correct. For EURUSD, €1 is equal to (or exchanging at) around $1.12, so a quote of 1.12xxx makes sense for the EURUSD pair. Here is a publicly available link that shows the current exchange rate between the Euro and the US Dollar:

A quote that you suggest would mean that the EURUSD exchange rate is currently around $1.01, which is not accurate.

You can find similar publicly available information to confirm the exchange rate for GBP and USD.

I apologize, I misread the email and your initial inquiry - Totally backwards!

I suspect the issue may be that you have Windows formatting to use a comma instead of period for decimal symbol.

You'll need to go into your PC's Windows regional settings to adjust this. First shut down NinjaTrader. For me, on Windows 10, I found it this way (with screenshots):After these changes, restart your PC and test.

Let's see if resetting your instruments solves the issue. To reset your instruments, please take the steps below.
            1. First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
            2. Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
            3. In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
            4. Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur

After the restart, right-click on your chart and select 'reload all historical data'.
