    FXCM Option missing from connections window

    Hi,

    I've signed up for a quarterly license but cant seem to get onto FXCM.
    I have a live FXCM account which works fine on one machine but i installed NT8 onto another PC and a lot of the available connections seem to be missing.
    I've attached an image to illustrate my point.
    The one on the left is my machine which works fine and is using a demo key.
    The one on the right is using a live key but there is no FXCM option. (and a few others are also missing.

    on the working machine i get "Multi broker" popping up on the splash screen when loading - the broken version doesnt have this.
    i tried reinstalling a few times and have requested the installer using both the demo key and live key on the site but cannot get FXCM to show as a provider.

    Can you assist?

    It would appear the issue is with my new license key.
    I put the old sim key in which lets FXCM show as a provider in the connections window.
    I created a connection then put the live key back in - It removed my newly created connection and a bunch of providers from the list including FXCM.

    No idea why since the license was bought from the NT site and i selected FXCM as my broker which it changed and said:
    To trade through FXCM, please select "NinjaTrader Brokerage" as your broker.

    If i select Ninjatrader FXCM as my connector in the application I just get that its not authorized. Shouldn't really be this difficult to activate an app.
