Kinetick EOD doesn't work

Hello,

I've a problem with Kinetick EOD: no data in the charts. If i connect/disconnect Kinetick, one chart is loaded but, after, nothing happens.

I have the green light at the bottom left of the NT8 window but I have an error message in logs when i connect NT8 to Kinetick(Category: Connection): Time to auto close position='00:00:00', Enabled=False.

What is the instrument, bar type, and interval used on the chart?

The Kinetick End of Day connection provides daily historical data but does not provide intra-day data or real-time data.

Hello Chelsea,

I go in: New/Chart/Select and, for example, DOW30/CSCO. I join a screenshot of data series window.

Again, when i have tested to write this message, a first chart was loaded (with a little delay) and, after, nothing!

When I test it on my end, I load the requested data. Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

If not, please shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the location below.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db

Delete the cache folder that is within the db folder.

The cache folder is used to quickly load data in chart windows - the actual data is saved in the tick, minute and day folders. The first time you load data after deleting the db-->cache folder, it will take a little longer to load than usual. Once all data is loaded, it should load data quickly again.

Start NinjaTrader and check if the daily CSCO chart loads the requested data.
