    Real Time data not coming through NT7

    I'm trying to get my NT7 working again after a Window update caused a melt down. Reinstalled everything (lifetime license key, live trading account holder) and the realtime data for NQ and ES wont connect. Log show the following error "es 06-19 is not enabled for real time level 1 quotes". Have contacted NT for support but its middle of the night and very keen to get back online....any suggestions out there?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2141306" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
