Addition Request - SetStopLimit()

Can you please add a SetStopLimit() function, so that it can be used along with SetProfitTarget() in an OCO order on the broker side?

I think it's important to have the ability to use Stop Limit orders in this capacity. I don't want to switch to unmanaged orders for fear of introducing unexpected behavior in my strategy. I'm also concerned about submitting ExitLongStopLimit() and ExitLongProfitTarget() without them being in an OCO bracket because I've realized a loss when both were triggered during high volatility periods, when NinjaTrader wasn't connected to manage the orders.
