Automatic Strategy Generator

Very excited to see that NinjaTrader now has an automatic strategy generator.. great work !

Few questions though..
- The new strategy generator only seems to recognize ninja's build in indicators.. It does not show my own custom indicators or indicators i've downloaded
Is there something i should change/add (to settings or code) so it recognizes my own custom indicators as well ?

- After choosing all indicators it did found and letting it run for a while it comes up with a list of strategies.. Great !
However.. all the strategies generated just made 1 trade ?

Thanks for your post.

As of now the AI Generate feature can combine up to 73 NinjaTrader default indicators and 25 Candlestick patterns. It will not currently accept input from custom indicators, but we are actively collecting user feedback on what everyone would like to see added to AI Generate . I will go ahead and make a note to allow the use of custom indcaitors in AI Generate in a future release.

In regards to the strategies placing a single trade, that will be down to the settings and indicators selected for the time period.

Upgrading is simple and can be accomplished by following these steps.
Note: Following these steps will not affect your data, settings, configuration, Indicators, Strategies, Workspaces, etc.

• First, save your license key to a document
• You can locate your license key by going to Help> License Key
• Now exit NinjaTrader and uninstall it within Windows Control Center
• Once uninstalled you can redownload NinjaTrader from the link below

• Paste your license key
• Select Submit
• Download and then run the installer
