Order submitted in Strategy but remains ChangePending

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180301.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Ok. This is something new that's becoming more persistent.

I submit a Change for an Accepted order and find that it remains in a state of ChangePending.

Resubmitting other changes to this order does not yield an Acceptance.

I did notice this on the Log...

Questions:
1. What would cause the order state to remain in ChangePending?
2. How can this be rectified?
