    New chart comes up with Strategy active

    How do you strip out any active strategy from a chart? When I bring up a new chart a residual strategy is ploting fills on the chart. Also in the Strategies Dropdown menu "Configured" is active and can't be removed and all the menu selections are whited out. However there are no strategies active in the Home Screen Strategy tab. Suggestions???

    Hello mrlucky1x,

    Are you referring to fully automated NinjaScript Strategies (that would show in the Strategies window or Strategies tab of the Control Center)?

    Or are you referring to an Atm Strategy (that would appear in Chart Trader on a chart)?

      With all the strategies off, including chart trader, the residual strategy was still there. However after a reboot it seems to have gone away.

        Are you viewing real-time executions?
        (These would appear even when no strategy is on the chart)

        What are you seeing on the chart that you are calling a strategy?
        Are you seeing the name of a NinjaScript Strategy appearing in the upper left of the chart?

          I was seeing the trade flag residual from a strategy when all strategies were turned off. It could have been the realtime executions from a previous strategy that was turned on. Is there a way to clear these off the charts?

            Hello mrlucky1x,

            This would be expected as a chart will show all real-time orders (for all accounts) when there are no strategies on the chart and Chart Trader is closed.

            You can turn plot executions off for a chart.

            Right-click the chart > select Data Series > in the parameters on the right in the Trades section set Plot executions to Do not plot.


            Or you can reset an account and clear the historical orders.
