Hi,

Migrating to NT8 and loading this CL 330 min RTH chart but having problem with the date stamp on the bottom axis being condensed and unreadable. Attached are 7 & 8 charts where 7 is readable. If stretch out 8 chart it becomes a 4 month chart not the year I want. How can I adjust properties on 8 to fix?

I notice that the DEC lows between NT7 and NT8 are different prices. Can someone please tell me the rollover offset for the 02-19 CL contract? I have two different values on 7 & 8. Thanks

I am not seeing the same on my end when I load a CL 330 minute chart, could you please try clearing the cache and testing again? Do you experience the same?

First, you'll want to make sure that you have completely closed and exited the NinjaTrader program. To delete the cache, you'll navigate to Documents folder, NinjaTrader folder, db folder and then delete the "cache", "day", "minute" and "tick" folders respectively. When you have accomplished this, you'll then relaunch NinjaTrader as you normally would.

The rollover offset for the 02-19 contract for CL should be 0.29.
