I downloaded the Ninja Trader 8 to test out....
I downloaded the Ninja Trader 8 to try the harmonics scanner, I got the email for the username and password however when Input my username and password for the demo account I get an error can someone please help me.

Hello Senju,
The most common reasons a connection fails is due to:- A space being include before and/or after the username and/or password.
-Please try copying and pasting the username and password from the email you have received these in, and be sure no spaces are included with the username or password. - The 'Demo mode' box is unchecked for a demo account or is checked for a funded brokerage account.
-Please ensure if this is a demo account that the Demo mode checkbox is checked
-If this is a funded brokerage account, please ensure the Demo mode checkbox is unchecked. - The 14-day demo connection has expired
- The version of NinjaTrader is out of date (currently on 8.0.12.0 and 7.0.1000.37)
