eSignal Connection
Recently updated to NinjaTrader 8.0.18.0 64-bit and had no issues. Then I updated my copy of eSignal to the most current version which is 12.11.5260.1025 64-bit. Since then my eSignal connection in NinjaTrader has been resetting like clockwork every 5 seconds. Also, it now displays a username error when the connection is first established, but the eSignal username/password have not changed in years and are correct...and ultimately it does in fact connect. Tried removing and recreating the connection but no difference.Tags: None

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.
Include ticket number 2174199 in the body of the email.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
