Hello Nabil,
Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2176379" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hello Nabil,
Thank you for your post.
I would not expect any Volume indicator to work properly with currency pairs as due to the decentralized nature of the market there is no official Volume.
Data Feed Providers and Brokers all differ when reporting Volume for a currency pair.
So that I may test on my end who is your Data Feed Provider/Broker?
I look forward to your reply.

Hello Nabil,
Thank you for your note.
One thing you may try is to enable the 'Tick Replay' option in the platform.
First, we will need to enable the option so that it will be available and then turn this option on in your chart.
Please follow the steps below to enable Tick Reply:- Go to the Control Center > Tools > Options > Market Data
- Unde the 'Historical' data check the 'Show Tick Replay' box
- Click 'OK' to save your changes
- Next, go to your chart right-click and select 'Data Series'
- Under the 'Data Series' section check the 'Tick Replay' box
- Click 'OK' to save your changes
Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.Spencer F.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello Nabil,
Thank you for your post.
Next, we may try using the FOREX.com Historical Data servers.
After more testing on my end, I was able to see all bars with leaving Tick Replay enabled and using FOREX.com Historical Data servers.
To do this disconnect from your connection go to the Control Center > Connections > Configure.
Select your FOREX.com connection and uncheck the 'NinjaTrader historical data server' option.
Then reconnect to test.
Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.Spencer F.NinjaTrader Customer Service
