Conflict between Nnjatrader 8 and windows 10, espacially one drive

There seems to be a conflict between windows 10 and ninjatrader 8.
The software freezes and the temp folder in onedrive seems to be a problem.
has anybody an idea if ninjatrader is in conflict with onedrive. seems to be the case

Thanks for your note.

If OneDrive is backing up NinjaTrader files at the same time that NinjaTrader needs to use the file, this behavior may occur.

I would recommend making a backup of your Documents > NinjaTrader 8 folder on your desktop and either disabling OneDrive completely, or ensuring that NinjaTrader 8 is not included in the automatic backup.

After disconnecting your Documents folder you may move the NinjaTrader 8 folder on your Desktop back into your Documents folder.

I deleted one drive and installed mimjatrader again. Now i have other Problems. Nijatrader tryes to write ids from third Party indicators to write in the one drive Folder, but this OneDrive Folder is not available after the Deinstallation. Seems to be the case that i must root the temp file Directory to an other Folder. I dont know how this works..
can you help?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
