No data of chart for NYSE ^ADD Issue

Hi,

I connect to "Interactive Brokers".

The chart for "^TICK" with period="1 Minute" is working correctly.

However, I can not see any data while I am trying to load the "^ADD" chart by period="1 Minute".

You could refer to the attachment for connection status and connection configuration.

Is anyone know how to fix this ?

NinjaTrader has the symbol mapping for this as AD-NYSE

Is this correct for what you are loading in Trader Workstation?

My symbol mapping of ^ADD is as the attachment. It is the same as you mentioned "AD-NYSE".

You have provided a screenshot of the Instrument settings in NinjaTrader and not in Trader Workstation.

May we have a screenshot of TraderWorkstation to show this is the correct symbol?

After adding AD-NYSE to a row in TraderWorkstation,a yellow dot indicates delayed data. Hover the mouse over the row. If a pop-up appears that mentions delayed data, this would indicate the data is delayed and will not load in NinjaTrader.
