Failed to verify license

    Failed to verify license

    I backed up NT8 this morning. After the backup completed it froze and I had to use task manager to terminate the program. Now when I try to start NT8 or 7 I'm getting the "failed to verify license" message. When I try to check my license I get a popup text box that states NT license servers could not be reached. Also states "Please enter your back door code here".

    Suggestions?

    Same here (in Germany) for two users.

    And all NinjaTrader website pages, incl this forum, load extremely slow.

          The licensing servers are running slowly this morning. The Server Team is working on a solution as we speak.

          It has been reported by some clients that a restart of their PC has resolved the issue.

          I'll update this post when I have more information.

            I didn't change anything or do any extra backups -I just turned on my computer and opened Ninja and I get the same message. Ninja was loading to open very slowly and then I get the message "Failed to verify license. Please try again in a few minutes". I have a lifetime license. Maybe a problem on their end with their servers? Ninja let us know!

                I tried to rebooting the computer and my router. Neither helped.

                  Same problem here, reached out to support but still working on a fix. tried restarting pc and even router but hasnt fixed the problem.

                    Hello,
                    I think you are aware that there are problems today.
                    We can't verify the license.
                    We can't download the new version 7.0.1000.38 Released
                    We can't surf the site.

                    Please give news as soon as possible

                            unfortunately the problem persists.

                            "Login failed. Unable to connect to remote server."

                            I updated to 0.38, I restarted my computer, I restarted my modem
