    No Bid Data Printing in Order Flow

    Hello - I am using eSignal, and have CME data with L2. When connecting with NT8 using various Order Flow tools (so it's not the add-on) I don't see any data on the one side (see screenshot) - Any ideas on what could be the cause? Thanks

    Thanks for writing in.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

      All done, thanks for the rapid reply. If only eSignal support was half as good as NT

        Waiting a while, it looks like bid is coming through but only in real-time. So its not backfilling both sides of the data, only one side.
