I understand that SierraChart has the ability to share one data stream between multiple Instances...the second, third, and fourth instances can be on the same machine or can be on another computer on the same LAN.
The instance connected to the data feed apparently acts as a Server and the sharing computers are Subscribers.
NinjaTrader does not allow multiple instances running on one machine....but this could be accomplished by having the second or third instance running on the LAN.
This would be really useful to me....as if I want to set up another machine to do heavy real time analysis, then those CPU cycles are offloaded from my trading computer. As well, compared to two subscriptions to market data, it reduces the internet traffic for streaming data, and reduces the subscription cost.
Please consider this enhancement for NinjaTrader.
Thanks
