Bar timer not working with FXCM data
I´m having the same issue as well. I´m using a demo account from FXCM and it´s sending real-time data, but the countdown is @ 00:00:00. Do you need more info on my end?Tags: None

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:- What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.?)
- It always shows zeros? Or does it sometimes show a countdown timer, just not often?
- (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
- Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
-
- 8.0.18.0 64-bit
- When using the FXCM real-time data it´s always 00:00:00, but when using historical data on a playback connection, it works.
- For now i´m using 1 minute chart
- No error on the screen and no errors on the Log tab.

I've moved your post to the NinjaTrader 8 sub-forums since the original topic you posted under was for NinjaTrader 7.
I cannot recreate this symptom when connected to FXCM and charting @US30. Does this also occur with other forex instruments (like EURUSD), or does it appear isolated to @US30?

It does work now. I think I had to restart NinjaTrader. I just have one issue though. The bar timer is about 7 second to early. So when the bar timer is at 00:00 the new bar will start after 7 seconds approximately. Is it possible to adjust this?

Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:- Shutdown NinjaTrader
- Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
- Select Adjust date/time
- For Windows 10 click 'Additional date, time, & regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
- Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
- Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
- If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
- If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
