    Hello samitroy,

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2203310 ATTN Tyler

    Unable to install or use custom bars on NT8

    Hello friends, I am new to NT 8 so please I need some help....I had purchased an indicator called Logik Ultimate Renko and also Delta Renko...but I am unable to install them on the charts....it just says 'loading...' and nothing happens...
    When i wrote to the developer they said I had 'broken' the NT8 Platform because of a previous Custom Bar I had installed called Dyno Bars, and advised that I uninstall and reinstall the NT8 Platform.
    I did that...but the problem persists
    I am just wondering whether any one of you could help
