changing skins

Hello, can you please explain what/if are they main differences in the skins that are set in tools options.

It would appear for myself and colleagues that using Slate Grey works fine.

However changing to Dark or any of the dark skins result in a portion of the chart window to be transparent/translucent.
The application has an area used by an addon on the chart area and it is this part which is transparent with the Dark skin.

why should changing to a skin affect the background of this?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I was looking for more information on the skin settings.
Simply you can see what is on the background of the screen for a portion of the chart as you move the chart around.
Sending a picture doesnt really solve anything other than is your first line support filter.
I see you are a new support person - can anyone else share what the different skins do or more detail

The skin feature is a way to change the whole platforms theme to basic white, black, or grey. Can you please clarify what you are seeing when you say the chart is "Transparent"? can you see items on your desktop behind the chart? Can you please clarify what portion of the chart is becoming transparent?
