    What's wrong with Risk Template

    All of the sudden when trying to place trade I get an error message, "Sim101, Order... cant' be submitted: No risk settings defined for this instrument....' I checked the risk template and it is the NT Broker default. All the instruments listed. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

    This indicates that you have a risk template applied to your Sim101 account and there is no definition for that instrument in the risk template.

    What instrument are you trading?

        Does the symptom persist if you update your risk templates? Follow these steps:
        • Control Center > Tools > Database Management
        • Expand 'Update risk templates' > Update
        Please provide a screenshot of your Sim101 account properties. Here is an example of what I want to see:

        If you temporarily disable the risk settings in the Sim101 account, are you able to place orders without issue?

            There were some steps I asked you to perform before the screenshot and test with no risk template. Please clarify - did you perform this test?

            Does the symptom persist if you update your risk templates? Follow these steps:
            • Control Center > Tools > Database Management
            • Expand 'Update risk templates' > Update
            Also, are you using the risk templates purposefully? Or are you content with now trading without that risk template?
