Where should I look to find out what exception or error was causing this error? traces? logs?

Error Window how to debug?
I kept getting non stop Error windows... no dialogs were visible, but maybe because the platform was semi-hung.. but lots of dinging kept happening and in the windows 10 taskbar i could see new "Error" windows were being constantly created.
Where should I look to find out what exception or error was causing this error? traces? logs?Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2217510" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
