    unable to load realtime date or update historical data

    Hi,
    I'm facing a technical problem: I can't load realtime data. Even I downloaded the historical data and open chart, it still can't show the most update data. Here below is the picture of chart, data options and historical data record.

    I wonder which OPTIONS I ticked that unable to load realtime data?

    I'm using Interactive Brokers.

    Thank you for you post.

    Please follow the steps below to send your Log and Trace files in for our review.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
