I've noticed I cannot get all Forex pairs with the free feed from FXCM with any version/update of NT8. I can certainly get all the majors, but when trying to pull up a lot of others, either they're listed but don't pull up any charts for them, or they're not listed at all, as in when I try to pull up most HKD or SGD pairs in the Instrument List (GBPHKD for example). Does FXCM simply not carry these?

Cannot Get All Pairs with Free FXCM Feed
Hello,
I've noticed I cannot get all Forex pairs with the free feed from FXCM with any version/update of NT8. I can certainly get all the majors, but when trying to pull up a lot of others, either they're listed but don't pull up any charts for them, or they're not listed at all, as in when I try to pull up most HKD or SGD pairs in the Instrument List (GBPHKD for example). Hello draco5,
Thank you for posting in our forum.
With a NinjaTrader FXCM demo, the most popular forex pairs are provided with real-time and historical data. Many more are provided with historical only.
While other Forex pairs may not be available with these demos, many other pairs would be available with a live account. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the market data enablement settings for demo account connections.
Please let us know if we may assist further. Thanks again!

Hello raefon72,
Thank you for your reply. What you're likely seeing is the preset "FOREX" instrument list in NinjaTrader 8. While this list only contains a few forex instruments, below I have provided instructions on how to add instruments to this list. Unfortunately, there is no way to import a Forex instrument list into NinjaTrader 8, but below are instructions to create a list of your preference.
To add new markets to your FOREX instrument list in NinjaTrader 8, please follow these instructions:
*From the Control Center, click Tools>Instrument Lists
*Select FOREX from the left-hand section, or click "add" on the Lists side to create a new instrument list
*Next, click "add" on the Instruments side (towards the bottom of the right hand section)
*Next, without typing anything into the field that appears, click the magnifying glass tool
*In the Instruments window that appears, search for the instrument you wish to add
*Left click once to select the desired instrument from the results, and click OK
Repeat as necessary to add additional instruments
