    Issues when using with multiple monitors

    Hi Sir,

    When a maximized chart window is shifted to other monitor screen using windows shortcuts, Only the chart panel is shifted but not the chart.

    Please rectify the issue.

    thgamey , can you elaborate on what exact steps you're taking and what the 'chart panel' means? Also, please provide some additional information about your PC - your monitor resolutions, your version of Windows, etc.

      Hi Patrick,

      For e.g, I use two monitors,

      The steps I follow
      1) I have setup a chart in 1st Monitor
      2) I use Win key+Shift+Right Arrow to shift the chart to the next Monitor
      3) At that point of time I see only Chart panel shifted to the next Monitor but not the chart, look at the 1st image attached

      I face the error only when the chart is Maximized but it works normal when the chart is in restore state.

      NT8 ver : 8.0.16.3 64-bit
      Windows 10 pro Ver : 1809

        First, I see that you're using an older and unsupported version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.
        • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
        • Select 'Download'
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
        Also, please make sure that all Windows updates are installed and that you have the latest non-beta graphics drivers installed. If you're unsure of how to perform either of these, please contact your PC manufacturer or an IT professional.

        Please let me know if the symptoms persist after these steps.
