    License key not working

    Good Morning,

    While attempting to download the latest version of NT 8 my longtime license key is not working. Any help will be appreciated. The key I am using is an old @SIM.

        I own a lifetime multibroker licence and when i downloaded the new NT8 it opens up in @sim mode.
        Any suggestions?

          Please go to the NinjaTrader 8 Control Center > Help > License Key > enter in your License Key > OK.

            Well, that fixed that, but now there is no Rithmic listed in the Connections List. Also, NT8 does not boot up as Multibroker as it should.

                just I have the same problem. After a long time I wanted to start to trade, but my lifetimelicense code is not acceoted. only the sim-license is working

                  Please write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your License Key, which may be found by going to the Control Center > Help > License Key.

                  Also included ATTN Spencer in the Subject line as well as a link to this forum post.
