    Incorrect Trading Hours

    The Trading Hours for FXCM US Equity Index CFDs are incorrect.

    @NAS100 @US30 @SPX500

    When set to "Use Instrument Settings" trading ceases over an hour early. These CFDs are linked to the futures market, so the trading hours should match that.

    Hello frantic,

    Thank you for your note.

    NAS100 defaults to the trading hours template CFD US, which has end time set at 8:15PM UTC time, which matches what FXCM has listed for NAS100 on their website updated March 31.



    Where are you seeing defined close hours which differ from the link above?

      Hey Alan,

      Thanks for responding. I think the problem could be that my Timezone is presently set to UTC+00:00 Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon

      We are in Summertime here and its UTC+01:00 presently. The sun comes up so early here so we put the clocks forward in summer or we wake up at 5am!! I think that's the reason anyway I'm not sure but we have to change our clocks twice a year.

      Is Ninjatrader supposed to pick up on this or do I need to manually set the timezone to
      UTC+01:00 Sarajevo, Skopje, Warsaw, Zagreb

      Can't say I'm happy about Ninjatrader relocating me to Eastern Europe but if that's what it takes?

      Please confirm if this is correct approach.. thanks for your support.

        Hello frantic,

        You should not have to modify timezones in NinjaTrader.

        Is your windows clock set to your current time zone?

          Hey Paul, sorry for the late response I wasn't trading yesterday. Yes my timezone is correct. I'm going to keep an eye on it again this evening around 8pm - I set an alarm to remind me.
