    Order error

    I am getting this error on playback and SIM

    2019-08-06 19:11:38:989|0|32|Playback101, Unable to change order since new limit price is greater/equal ask price or smaller/equal bid price. affected Order: BuyToCover 40000 Limit @ 1.21501

    Before that error I have this error
    2019-08-06 19:11:38:989|3|4|'AtmStrategyChangeStopTarget' method error: Order name 'Target2' is invalid
    2019-08-06 19:11:38:989|3|4|'AtmStrategyChangeStopTarget' method error: Order name 'Target2' is invalid
    2019-08-06 19:11:38:989|3|4|'AtmStrategyChangeStopTarget' method error: Order name 'Target3' is invalid

    I don't have any targets set in the ATM strategy ?



    Just got 1 chart and 1 workspace

    Any Ideas please cant get rid of it ?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    The first errors listed mention that there has been an attempt to change an order to an invalid price.

    The second errors listed mention that a NinjaTrader is calling AtmStrategyChangeStopTarget for "Target2" and "Target3" and these order names are not valid. This is could be coming from a NinjaScript strategy that initiates and manipulates ATM strategies.

    I would suggest closing your workspaces and to open a new chart in a blank workspace and to also make sure that you do not have any NinjaScript strategies running to avoid these errors. Please check the Strategies tab of the Control Center to see if there are any NinjaScript strategies running. This can also help to identify where exactly the errors are getting thrown.

    If this does not resolve your inquiry, please send in your log and trace files to me at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so I may review these files and give further insight. Please include a link to this thread, the text ATTN Jim, and the ID number 2235189 when writing in so I may see your message and associate it with this thread.

    Attaching Log and Trace files

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email message so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to our Platform Support address.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
