We have a problem with the chart, it displays a bar too far to the right than it should be.
*Note that my timezone is: UTC -5 Eastern Time (US & Canada)**
Ex:1
On a 1min chart, if the current time on my computer is 8:11am,
Normally the bar currently progressing on the chart should be at 8:11am. (new bar only at 8:12am)
Issue: The chart is already on the 8:12am bar, when it's only 8:11am.
Ex2 :
On a 5min chart, if the current time is 8:11am.
Normally the bar currently progressing on the chart should be at 8:10am. (new bar only at 8:15am)
Issue: The chart is already on the 8:15am bar, when it's only 8:11am.
Ex3 (easier to see) :
On a 1H chart, if the current time is 9:05am.
Normally the bar currently progressing on the chart should be at 9:00am. (new bar only at 10:00am)
Issue: The chart is already on the 10:00am bar, when it's only 9:11am.
I'm not sure if the problem is related to the timezone but rather a NT8 bug that simply displays the data one bar too far. E.g.: on the 5min timeframe, the error is 5min (1 bar) in the "future", i.e. 1 bar 5min too far away.
Here is a video that shows how to reproduce this issue:
Here is everything that has been tried/verified:
1) Reload all historical data, Reset DB, Reinstall NT8
2) Time sync with Windows Internet time is working
3) Timezone of Window (UTC -05:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada))
4) Timezone of NT8 setting (UTC-05:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada))
5) Tested on market replay of ES09-19 Futures
6) Tested on data realtime from Coinbase (BTCUSD)
7) Tested on Windows7 and Windows10
8) 2 different PC installation, with NT8 fresh install
**I have also added screenshots to help you better understand the problem.**
Please let me know if this is a known issue/if there is a solution for this.
Thank you for your help.
