    can not receive real-time data for australian stock

    Hi,

    I have installed NT8, TWS(latest version) and have live account with IB, subscribed to ASX data.

    NT8 is able to connect to IB. However, it can not receive australian stock data. I have tried TWS build 960.2g and have login issue. It tells me i input invalid username or password, which i can login to the latest version.

    is there anyone have the same problem or know the solution?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I am able to connect using TWS 960.2 on my end. If you updated to the most recent version of TWS this would prevent you from being able to connect to Ninjatrader 8 with your Interactive Brokers account.

    Hi Eric,

    I contacted IB just now. They say we can't login to 960 any more, have to use the latest version.

    In this case, do you know the reason why I can't get asx data in NT8, while there is no problem connecting to IB.

    The login problem coming up via 960.2g without Ninjatrader.

    Auto login can be done by NT8+TWS latest version.

    I am using live trading account.

    Glad to assist. To confirm, is the login error coming up via TWS build 960.2g without NinjaTrader or when connecting through it?

    Is auto login in use? Please also let me know if a live or paper trading account is in use.
