re-draw vs re-calculation...

Can Ninjatrader modify the program to differentiate re-draw and recalculation when an indicator setting is modified? I find it extremely frustrating to wait for the whole bunch of indis to re-calculate while I only change one indi's plotting style. It's truly a time eater.
Also, when there's a memory leak, every recalculation generates more memory issues and if I just change a plot style for two or more times to fit my taste, the system hangs...

Thank you for your note.

I am not certain if that would be possible but I have forwarded your feedback to our development team as a feature request. I suspect if these issues are occurring, a third party item is the cause. There may be some improvements that could be made on the programming side, the best way to determine the cause would be to remove these items one at a time from your platform until the slowdown is no longer occurring.

I can only say, it's not necessary to re-calculate everything if a user only wants to make a visual element darker, thicker or change the color. It's not about any 3rd party stuff. it's the design of NT.
