Ninja platform disconnecting then re-connecting intermittently

    Ninja Version 8.0.18.1, 64bit, desktop, Windows 10.
Last few month, I notice that Ninja platform disconnects then re-connects soon afterwards, Never last more than few seconds, but still a problem trying to execute trades.
I been using Ninja for over 5years, never had disconnecting problem.
As far as I can tell, it must be something on my end. It may not be Ninja platform or data feed source or server.
I am using fiber 25 mbps, latency of 10-20ms, I am in Philippines accessing(I am sure) US data feed servers.

So question to forum is does anyone heard of experienced same disconnect/re-connect problem? If so any solutions?
Philippine is half way around the world from USA, so who knows how reliable internet can be.

Is Ninja data feed (in real time) sensitive to latency?
DNS is set to google...8.8.8.8, etc...I tried other DNS, same problem.

To my understanding. no settings on Ninja can help with my problem, true??
Yes I done unistall, reinstall, update, etc....

I just tried reset and restart DB, closed Ninja then start again, Within few minutes disconnect then re-connect in few seconds.

I am connecting to Continuum, if that makes any difference??
Another option I thought of....I uncheck auto connect at start up, closed and restart Ninja, SO far so good, no disconnect yet.

I thougght maybe during busy times (when servers are loaded), disconnect happens, but guess not cus now is almost midnight NY time, slow market but still I get disconnect.

      Hello jimjoe123,

      Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2251743" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
      • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
      • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
      • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
      • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
I look forward to your reply.
